This set was found in the back of a woodworker’s cabinet, carefully stowed in an old 1940s Owens-Illinois jar with a green lid. Each of these nails was carefully hand cut and finished, with a brazed and polished brass head, to be used for hanging framed pictures in a Victorian home, or possibly for finishing furniture, or a heavy exterior door.
