This gorgeous early 20th century book press salvaged from Boston is composed of multiple beautiful hardwoods and is unlike any we have ever come across. Like a temple of paper, the press is housed in a frame composed of a triangular pediment supported by pilasters. The shaft exhibits some checking with a few minor losses and cracks due to age and use.
