Identified as H-61200 by the Antique Doorknob Collectors of America, this knob and door plate set features a reed and ribbon pattern that is suitable for a number of aesthetic eras. The reed and ribbon motif has its roots in ancient Etruscan designs, but is seen in various revivals through historic periods from the renaissance through to the Art Deco movement.
