Looking like they stepped out from an old photograph, these beautiful 1930’s signs are nostalgic sentinels of a bygone era. While we can’t say the name of the grocer from which they came, we can definitely picture it in our minds. Side note, the “Seal-Test” brand was created in 1935 and acquired the “Fro-Joy” franchise within the following years as it continued to grow and develop the brand into a nationwide presence. These hand painted beauties are sheet metal framed with wood and are sturdy in good condition with minimal losses and staining.
