The concentric pattern of leaves that adorn these knobs is so intricate and finely cast, it brings to mind the dazzling geometries of mosque ceilings. This pattern, circa 1885, was manufactured by Norwich, in both a drum and a domed version. This set features one of each, which makes it a great set for a prominent interior room where making an entrance counts.
These knobs are identified by the Antique Doorknob Collectors of America as D-13100 (domed) and D-13110 (drum).
