The Dairymen’s League was established in 1907 out of New York as an agricultural marketing cooperative to increase their bargaining power within the wholesale market. The cooperative grew quickly and these signs would reside at all the participating dairy farms. The name of the league was changed to Dairylea and is still active today! This porcelain enamel sign shows some wear as photoed but without any losses to its crisp color and charm.
