This unique hardware assembly was particular to P. & F. Corbin, and features a set of plates and inner passage which hugs the door without use of a traditional mortise. This design was first patented in 1899 but was manufactured in many styles for at least 50 years by Corbin. This particular set is circa 1905 and is from the “Marseilles” line.

This set does not include keys but a locksmith will be able to cut a new key. See archival catalog images for installation reference.
