Here’s an interesting find and it’s serious business! This Patronenfabrik Karlsruhe artillery shell case is stamped 1911 and its heavy duty and all brass. The shear size of an artillery shell like this one would have been used for long range on naval gunships pre World War 1. If you decide to use it for something, it could be great as a bathroom waste bin, or you could put dried flowers in it as a display piece, there’s endless symbolism there!
